In 2015, we have started to think of competition in the retail industry. We have developed a price and product range comparison tool. But, we couldn't find the product-market fit. So, we have visited more than 100 potential customers to understand their needs. Most of them were doing competitive research but they were doing it manually. That was the time we say "Eureka". We believe that we have found a big problem for all companies in the world.
We would like to change the rules when we compare to our competitors. They are fixing something that doesn't work. We would like to connect all the related points of business to keep them competitive.
