These kinds of problems lead to an extended service period for the customer and an additional cost for the companies. At this point, Mixoper offers solutions for both customers and companies. Mixoper teaches the product problems received from the customer via the web and mobile to the artificial intelligence infrastructure with the support of customer representatives. It automates the service process of the product. In this way, while the operating costs of the firms decrease, the performance of the customer representatives increases.

We are two co-founders. Our entrepreneur experıence for more than 2 years.We are a young team of 6 people. Meryem is a front developer, Bilal is AI Developer, Okba is AR Developer, Alev is a business developer.

When and why did you found your startup?

We buılt Mixoper in San Francısco and Istanbul ın 2018. We know the customer pain cleary ın after-sale operations. So with Mixoper, we ıncrease the cost advantage and empower the agents’ kps ın the operatıons.

What are your key and unique features?

We created our unıque machıne learnıng model. The system analyzes the technıcal ıssues and learn it to ai for similar problems. So ıf the customer sends the sımılar problems to the agent. The system give the feed to the customer wıthout to the agent. Mixoper turns to human agents to vırtual agents.

What is your growth like?

We are ın post-revenue stage.
