Visa Innovation Program is a 6-month startup accelerator supporting Fintechs to scale their businesses globally via Visa's international financial and banking partnership network. Visa Innovation Program is empowering game-changers to change the future of payment together. The Program is open for the startups in verticals:
Bringing the startups together, Visa Innovation Program aims to support PoC, investor meetings, potential investments, product development with a team powered by Visa and Hackquarters. The Program started in 2019 in Turkey is aiming to build a strong global ecosystem of entrepreneurs, partners and corporate executives; and support enterprises in Turkey to grow their business on a global dimension, to define the market and to make it sustainable and profitable.
Total number of applications for 2019-2020 batched is 210; with 35 startups in pipeline with Visa Turkey team. 9 fintechs were accepted for the program, and started POC with Visa. All startups in total had 60+hrs of Trainings and 65 hrs of Design Thinking sessions. Total funds raised during the two batches is around 2 Million USD.
