- Technology and media lawyer in Baker McKenzie's London office, specialising in IT and IP disputes, advisory and lobbying work and transactional work in the media industry. Baker McKenzie’s Global R&D lead as well as Chair of its Global IP & Technology Group.

- Solicitor Advocate, having conducted oral advocacy on behalf of clients in the High Court, County Court, Company Names Tribunal and Copyright Tribunal.

- Joined B&M in 2004, having done a BCL (Dist) and MPhil (Dist) at Oxford University researching the legal regulation of AI. Partner since 2010. Prior to that worked as associate to the Honourable Justice Bruce Debelle of the South Australian Supreme Court and Brad Selway QC, the then Solicitor-General of South Australia.
