Önder Özden

Özden was born in 1976 in Istanbul and graduated from the Faculty of Law of Istanbul University in 1997. Between 1997 and 2006, he has worked as a lawyer in several law offices. He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property Law since 1999. Özden, who currently runs a law office with its partner, Att. M.Fatih Güçlü, is a member of AIPPI Turkey-International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and LES Turkey- Association for Technology and Licensing Executives and he carries his scientific and daily activities continuously and extensively to protect, encourage and popularize intellectual rights to the widest extent possible at national, regional and international levels. Ozden, as a part-time academic, has lectured on IP Law in the Department of Industrial Design of Vocational School of Social Sciences of Beykent University in the academic year of 2015-2016. Ozden has also been lecturing on Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Design Laws at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of Bahceşehir University for the last three years. Ozden will also be lecturing on IP Law at the Law Faculty of Ozyeğin University under the program so-called “Postgraduate Program Without Thesis” in the academic year of 2020-2021.
