We had a fantastic experience with PASHA Hackathon 2.0 on 7-8-9 October 2022, took place at YARAT Contemporary Art Space, Baku.

Teams worked over 48 hours, turning their ideas into actionable prototypes and pitching them with the hope of creating the next big solution in tech. We celebrated as Pali, Insurize, and Həyat Ver emerged winners, but every participant, mentor, and supporter left an indelible mark on the hackathon.

179 participants out of 656 applications from 11 countries brought their cool ideas and excitement. 30% previously participated in hackathons, worked in groups, and developed new projects over 48 hours throughout the program.

What is PASHA Hackathon?

The PASHA Hackathon was a 48-hour tech marathon, bringing together students, corporates, marketing specialists, designers, and coders. Their collective goal is to tackle current workflow challenges and craft innovative solutions for PASHA Life. The main purpose of the program, designed and implemented by Hackquarters, is to

1. Connecting local tech communities in major cities to create viable and innovative business ideas and product concepts.
2. Streamlining the evaluation process for companies, identifying talent, and creating opportunities to test strong teams.
3. Creating new industry-specific commercial opportunities and increasing the speed of these opportunities to market.

With the learnings and successes of Hackathon 2.0 behind us, The PASHA Hackathon 3.0, in collaboration with Umico Market, is now accepting applications! The Hackathon will take place in Baku on 29-30 September - 1 October 2023
