This Site provides, among other things, information about our programs, organization and application process, tools for applicants to submit applications and go through the application process, our blog and profiles of founders and companies that have participated in Hackquarters (collectively the “Service”).
This website and the innovation programs are operated by Hackquarters. Your relationship is with Hackquarters and applications are made to them. You should only submit publicly available information as the information you submit during your application will not be treated as confidential information. If you are selected, your involvement in the program is conditional on you signing the Program Terms and Conditions, which form a binding contract between you and Hackquarters. The Partner sponsors the program and may be involved in selection of participants, but Partner accepts no responsibility for the operation of the website or Innovation Program. For the avoidance of doubt, Hackquarters is not acting as an agent of the Partner and has no authority to make commitments on behalf of the Partner.

This Applications Privacy Policy sets forth Hackquarter’s policy with respect to information that relates to or could reasonably be associated with an individual (“Personal Data”) and other information that is included in applications submitted to Hackquarters.
In Hackquarters applications, we collect Personal Data relating to founder(s) of the applicant company, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, education, employment history and the city/country in which they live, as well as information about the applicant company, such as the name, industry, and status of the company (together with Personal Data relating to founder(s) and any other information submitted in connection with the application process, “Application Information”).
We may use your Application Information for any Hackquarters-related purpose. This includes,
without limitation:
- Complying with our legal obligations the relevant legislation;
- Fulfilling our obligations stemming from all legal transactions including the agreement that we will execute with you;
- Issuing all records and documents electronically or paper-based relevant to the processing purposes;
- Complying with the retaining, reporting and notifying obligations set forth in the legislation and determined by the relevant regulatory authorities and other authorities;
- Compiling and publishing aggregated statistics regarding technology, companies, founders, industries, etc.
- Tracking applicants, founders, industries, companies and application trends.

By using our site, or providing information or applying to programs of Hackquarters, you understand and unambiguously consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of information in Turkey and other countries and territories, for the purposes set forth in this policy. You hereby consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention by Hackquarters of your Personal Data as described in this policy, including but not limited to the transfer of your Personal Data between Hackquarter’s third parties, affiliates and subsidiaries.
