WorkupAgri 2nd Batch KickOff

WorkupAgri, implemented in partnership with İşbank with the support of Hackquarters; is an agriculture-focused entrepreneurship program that aims to support the growth of AgriTech startups with sustainable and scalable business models.

In the 2nd batch of WorkupAgri, startups with a solution that increases efficiency, protects nature, or contributes to climate action by using smart technologies in the fields of energy, water saving, circular economy, fertilization, spraying, logistics, production, supply chain, and climate change will be selected in the agricultural vertical. The startups to be selected will have mentorship from experts in their fields, business development with İşbank and group companies, access to a wide national and international business network, and opportunities to meet with investors.

Goals of WorkupAgri Program;
Working in the field of Agricultural Technologies; to strengthen innovation in the industry by making a global impact with startups, institutions, and investors throughout the program.
To enable entrepreneurs to scale their business in the Turkish market and to expand into new international markets by receiving mentorship from expert mentors.
To support sustainable production and distribution methods.
To bring an innovative perspective to the agricultural sector in Turkey by creating digital business models for the agricultural industry.

This year the WorkupAgri 2nd Batch will host seven startups selected out of 151 screened from 34 cities.

WorkupAgri 2nd Batch Kick-Off event will be offline on Tuesday, 29 November 2022, between 2.30 - 4.30 pm (IST time) at Kolektif House Levent. The event aims that the selected startups for the WorkupAgri 2nd Batch will be pitching with the participation of İşbank officials, mentors, corporate executives, founders, ecosystem leaders and investors. Furthermore, selected startups will go through business development, training, and mentoring processes with the support of İşbank and Hackquarters.
