The program offers various opportunities for engagement. Depending on your partnership tier, you can see all applications, you can join the meet-up, you can join the jury session and vote for the finalists and join the demo day. With the partnership tier, Hackquarters team will be in touch with you for introductions to your preferred startups for direct collaboration on projects.

Follow up the “Apply as Partner” button and our team will reach out to you for NDA and partnership tier questions. After you sign the agreement, you’ll be promoted on the website and will be in loop during this challenge.

For platinum partners, after agreement, Hackquarters team will set up a two hour call to understand their preferences. This date will be subject to prior engagement. On the 14th of September, there will be an online meet-up where some of our partners will participate and where we are going to talk about Proptech industry. Preselection date is important for our partners to join, so they can see a greater selection of Proptech companies and this date is planned 13th of October and will take 3-4 hours. Finally the demo day itself will be on 20th of October and planned to take roughly 2 hours and it will be online to participate.

Startups can expect connecting with potential partners, clients investors and  industry leaders, networking opportunities, potential for collaborations with corporate partners, and a platform to showcase their solutions on a global stage. Hackquarters shares all finalists on its social media and network over 35.000 people in the technology industry.

No, there are no fees associated with participation. The PropTech Challenge is designed to support startups in their growth journey, providing them with valuable resources and opportunities at no cost.

The is no monetary award or prize for the selected or winning startup at the Challenge. The major benefit the Program proposes is a collaboration opportunities with the program partners to increase startups sales and boost growth through the right connections.

The challenge is open to startups that offer innovative solutions within the property technology space, have some initial traction, and are looking to scale up and expand their network.

Generally, 10 startups pitch on the demo day. This number might change subject to our partners preferences and applied startups.

Presentations on the Challenge Day will have to be made in English. Therefore, applicant teams are expected to have a good command of English. With interested parties, you can communicate in preferred language after the event. We are expecting more than 20 countries on both partner and startup sides.

Deadline for applications is 2nd of October. If selected for the jury we are expecting startup founders to present to Jury Day at 13th of October, where we’ll let the founders their timeslots a week prior. Finally the demo day itself will be on the 20th of October. We are expecting founders of the startups to be present at the demo day.
