Graduated from the Department of Business Administration of Istanbul University, I continued my higher education with an MA degree in Strategic Marketing Communications at Galatasaray University where I had the chance to work with professionals from marketing sector through extensive group work and large scale projects, all focusing on Marketing Communications, Brand Management and Strategic Thinking. After 3 years at Dogan Burda Rizolli I joined Yapı Kredi Koray REIC, where I worked as a Marketing Communications Manager for over 3 years, creating 5 different brands consisting residential and commercial real estate projects. There, I lead all the instruments of marketing such as consumer insights, advertisement, PR, event marketing, direct marketing, exhibitions and corporate communications. Series of integrated marketing projects allowed me to further develop my strategic thought, creativity and implementation abilities. In November 2007 I joined Red Bull. Leading a team of 6 people, I have managed all editorial communication, Content Creation (being the executive producer), Distribution, B2B and Media/Content partnerships, owned media channels (like RBTV) and content monetization for Red Bull Energy Drink and Red Bull Media House. I had been responsible for the development & adaption of the international communication strategy which involves production (long& short formats- Factual), distribution and creation of editorial and commercial content for owned and earned media. In 2016 I quit from Red Bull and soon after I became a local franchisee of an international education company Young Engineers that teaches STEM to children with building blocks, recognized by Harvard University and the European Union, in addition to winning the Best EdTech Product of 2017.For more than 5 years I was the managing director running the day-to-day operation including establishing the brand, setting the business needs along with sales, marketing and people management. After my business has settled down, I handed over my duties on Aug.2022 therefore I am searching for a brand or business idea which will attract me and which I can contribute with my experience covering business development and marketing. I am into marketing more than 21 years. Interested in permaculture design and sustainability more than 2 years. I like taking responsibility and initiative. When my long-term corporate experience is added to my recent business start-up experience, I feel I am at a quite wise stage of my career. Relevancy, reliability and creativity are my favorite values.
