Partnerships Manager
Hackquarters

I define myself as a startup, innovation, and technology enthusiast who is passionate about working with game-changing startups and innovation-driven companies and helping them shape a better future.

During my career so far, I've lived and got to know different entrepreneurial and startup best practices in 6 different countries and cultures across 3 continents: Hungary, France, South Korea, Malaysia, Colombia, and Spain. Currently, I'm managing partnerships and connecting the best startups with innovative corporate companies at a leading startup accelerator and corporate innovation partner, Hackquarters.

In my previous roles in the global startup ecosystem, I supported student entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams at an entrepreneurial association in France, matched senior digital and tech talents with clients at an early-stage Singaporean startup in Malaysia, built bridges between western and eastern startup ecosystems and supported the corporate innovation programs at EuroAsian Startup Awards, and I helped my clients in different strategic and due diligence projects by connecting them with senior industry leaders globally to acquire the knowledge and information they need at a British SaaS scale-up in Barcelona. In my free time, I am passionate about creating further value and making a positive impact in the ecosystem: I'm scouting for the most promising startups for different EU funding programmes and for a group of angel investors and VCs in the UK, supporting the South Europe Startup Awards by identifying and nominating the best startups and ecosystem players in Spain (I've recently got recognized as the Best Ambassador of 2020), I'm an advisor for a Georgian startup, and I'm also mentoring young entrepreneurs at two accelerators: Bridge for Billions and Kickstart Global.

I hold an M.S. in Business Development (specialized in entrepreneurship, startups, and SMEs) from Budapest Business School (BBS) and I'm also certified as a Value Methodology Associate (VMA).

My key expertise includes:
International Business, Startups, Partnership Management, Business Development, Community Building, Scouting and Recruiting, Ecosystem Development, Consulting, Startup Mentoring, Project Management, Cultural Intelligence, Cross-cultural Communication
